Clench Fit is a digital workout program that provides you with new workouts each week! There are two different variations of each workout. One is for gym equipment and the other uses resistance bands. It also includes a variety of bonus content including nutrition programming, music playlists, a community support group, and more!

You will have access to two workouts each day. One workout will use standard gym equipment such as free weights, machines, barbells, dumbbells, etc. The other workout will use body weight and resistance bands.

To start Clench Fit, all you need is $1 to get access for the 1st month. After that, you will be automatically charged $11 each month to continue your subscription. You can cancel your program at anytime.

Each week there will be 7 recommend workouts. There will be 4 strength training days, which include back/biceps, chest/triceps, legs, and shoulders/abs. There will also be 1 steady state cardio workout, 1 interval cardio workout, and 1 rest day.

No sweat! Each exercise will be linked to a video demonstration. You can simply click the exercise to see exactly how to do it! You will also have full access to the Clench Fitness team and others through the community facebook page!
