Premium 100% Latex Material
We use premium 100% medical grade latex. Many band manufacturers use filler materials to cut down on costs, which ultimately causes the bands to stretch out and break down over time. We don't cut corners, which is why our bands cost upwards of 20% more to manufacture, but they last up to 3 times longer than typical resistance bands.
Layered Manufacturing Process
Clench bands are manufactured using many thin layers of latex that are bonded together. Layers are crucial to long lasting performance because small cuts and tears cannot propagate from layer to layer. Most inexpensive bands on the market are molded using a single layer of material, which can prematurely fail and snap.
No Weak Seams
Seams are the weakest point of any band. They can peel or fray and cause premature failure. Clench bands only have 1 seam and we have taken extra measures to protect it with a latex weld to prevent peeling. Most competitive bands tend to have more than one seam and do not use a latex weld to prevent peeling.

I found Clench while seeking an alternative to the expensive X3 system. After a couple of weeks the Clench system has performed flawlessly, at kess than half the price! Hard on the muscles, easy on the joints for a great, safe workout. Especially for those of us over 40. Looking forward to making new habits with my Clench resistance bands!

Awesome! I lifted weights for years. I was essentially a bodybuilder in my late 20's an 30's. But as I got older and being a building contractor, I had knee and shoulder issues as I got older. I became a martial artist in Tae Kwon Do, getting my 5th degree black belt at 62 year of age, as well as being an accomplished mountain biker. But my upper body strength was not what it was.I found your product online because I was looking for an alternative to regular weights et al dumbbells, barbells. These bands help me build upper body strength and core, with no pain that I had with old type weight training. I am weight training again and am loving it. Thank you, Clench!

Great set of bands! The handles are a game changer for my workouts. I don’t have much storage space, so the bands are a space saver. The sets are also a time saver as I can easily switch between resistance levels. I am still learning different workout routines and exercises to target different areas of my body as I used to with weights, however, the video library is pretty cool and I am learning quickly. Great product!

I have ordered over $600.00 of Clench Fitness products,both for myself and my family,and we have all been more than happy with the products and the results.I honestly can't say enough good things about Clench,both in products and service.Been putting my bands through a good bit of stress for about 3 months now and have had no issues.I have also lost fat and gained muscle.Since the bands trigger most of the stabilization muscles to some degree doing almost any exercise,it makes it much easier to keep a 6 pack.Anyway,for anyone considering a Clench purchase,from the lightest bands to the absolute heaviest - as well as the mini-bands,I have been overly impressed with all.
