Clench Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to the wrong address or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Clench Fitness is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.
That being said, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. All packages we ship do carry insurance (value varies based on carrier).
