I have now had my bands for a month. I love them. I dont have to go to the other side of town to go to the gym.

These bands have worked out great for me. My recent trips to the gym were short lived because of the crowds and not having availability to the machines. I started working out at home but I needed to add strength training for health reasons. Having a limited amount of space in my home I was looking for something that would not be in the way. I own several types of bands that you can buy at almost any store and there is not much to them. When I saw these on facebook I thought how can they be worth this price? When watched the video they seemed a little better than what I had so I thought I would take the chance. I ordered the beginner set and mini bands with the payment system. This is the best fitness equipment purchase I have made in a long time. These bands are exactly what they promise. I am 53 and have arthritis. The handles make it so easy to use and without the pain of trying to hang on to just the bands. The bands are very thick and have the resistance Clench says they do. I found exercises on their YouTube channel and they can be used for every part of your body. I am feeling the difference after using this equipment. I have much more strength and energy. Also after several weeks of using the bands regularly and diet change I was able to reduce the medicine I take for my different health problems. I wish I had found and started using these sooner.

I had the chance to try my kit out the other day and my first impressions are great! What drew me to this kit is the variety in resistance and its portability. I will be traveling a far amount this year to mountain bike races. I wanted to invest in equipment that not only worked at home, but also wouldn’t take up a lot of valuable space in my car. The different colored bands make it easy to keep track of which ones to use for specific exercises and the band handles have a comfortable fit.

I love the resistance band kit and it helps me with my workout. With my injuries from before, and have more time to do more things during the day. Don't need the free weights. I have other people come up and ask about the resistance band workout. They have tried it and using the same bands as my routine.

My 70 year old client is setting up a garage gym. This CLENCH set-up was my gift to him. He has used it at every session and it has worked really well! Love how easy it is to use and several of my other clients will be getting their own soon.

The Clench Handle as been a hand saver for me. I love using bands but my hands have osteoarthritis and have endured some surgeries. Even with gloves the pain was just too much when using the heavier bands. I can now perform all my exercises with much better form and without pain. Thanks for a fantastic product!

The first thing I purchased from Clench Fitness was the handles and the door hook and I was amazed at the quality of the products. I bought the L2 bundle. If you think you can't get a workout from bands, then you may not be using the right equipment. The bands and handles offer the right resistance at the right time for anyone at any fitness level and offer greater flexibility in what you can do with them in a workout. They are easy to use and so portable. I own many other bands but Clench bands are of much better quality and with the handles I can use more resistance with no bands cutting into the hands. I love that I can take my workout anywhere -airport, home, office, vacation. Even the kids love using them right along with me! These would be a great addition to any sport team warm up or workout routine or athlete who wants to up their game in the gym!

I have only had the kit a little over a week but have had ample opportunity to use every band with and without the handles. Liked them so much I already ordered two more handles to use multiples at the same time with more people.

I came to Clench because I was needing something specific. Not only was that product good quality, cheap, and delivered on time, but the process was so nice that it makes me want to buy other stuff from them. I will be buying a band set from them very soon.

These band handles are awesome! Working out with bands is completely different than free weights, these handles give me that feeling of lifting weights with all the benefits of still using bands....great job on these guys!

while going through FB, I found Clench Fitness page started checking the page out. I have used bands in my workouts for years. What was my surprise was the handles for the bands and the variety of excersise that could be done and the angles. I ordered the Resistance pack 1 as soon as I could. these handles are Great. New angles more resistance,,Hopefully a lot more Muscle to be packed on..My worlout partners liked them so much I got them their own gear for Christmas, so they have their own Clench Fitness products when I am not available to train. I have to say I am very satisfied with my order and please with the different levels of strength and activity that the bands allow for. I recently placed another order for a few more items but I didn’t realize I had a gift card at my disposal. Overall I’m pleased with the product.

Since getting theses I feel more motivated to work out. They are super easy to use. I have a herniated disc in my neck and was afraid to lift for fear of hurting myself even more, but theses bands are easy to use

This sturdy little band is a part of every workout for me right now, doing some corrective work on bad shoulders. I can attach it to whatever, it stays in place and it is very very durable.

I have been researching the best value bands to use for my home gym for awhile. I mainly do power lifting movements and these bands have come in handy in so many ways. I use them in place of having a lay pull down and bands for bench press and squats. I love it. Thanks Clench!

I have only had these for a couple weeks and I am enjoying these a lot better than my other bands. The handles are easy to setup and the feel way more comfortable. Just like having dumbbells I. Your hands.

Love the handles. They are great for storing the bands. While I like to grab the bands to help improve grip strength, there are some moves the handles really help.

The band I purchased was the orange one the five pound to fifth teen pound band.It got delivered to my home very quickly.very durable,I'm going to use it as a transition band to go up in weight as I get stronger.i like it so well I'm planning on buying another one real soon

I’m a retired Navy SEAL and a disabled veteran. I lifted weights ran swam and did Pt . The weights started to break me down and along with all the other wear and tear the surgeries started to pile up. I decided to get the clench system and I’m extremely happy I can do everything I did in the gym, I can accomplish with the bands. I glad I can use these Vice doing nothing

just started working out with my clinch strap and it is very durable. very well made I don't have to worry about my bands going to wear out because of the plastic tube wrapped around the strap.less friction on my bands.i also purchased the grip handles very well made and durable.first week with the equipment I'll keep using them for all my workouts.

I purchased the Level 1 Kit and the bands that come in this kit are super solid. The handles that come with this kit are also really convenient for storage and I like that I don't have to deal with un-tangling the bands when I take them out of my gym bag. Overall I highly recommend these bands along with the handles that come with them.
