Great workout program!

The CF Strength program was great! Brandon & Melinda were easy to watch & follow & showed a command of resistance band workouts. The workouts are well structured & work each muscle well. I was usually pretty sore & found that could up my weight or reps each week. It took a few tries to get each move set up, but the live workout explanations definitely help! Loved that it was minimal equipment & repeated workouts - I got more familiar with the moves each week & could more readily see changes in my strength!

You Need This!

Clench bands and handles put a whole new spin on what you envision when you hear “gym bag”. It truly is a gym in a bag! I owned other bands…a lot of them. Some with handles, others without but something was missing. It was flexibility, comfort and durability. The handles make an ordinary band, extraordinary. The Clench bands last and you can take them anywhere, I mean anywhere. I bought the Level II bundle over a year ago and the straps have held up after daily use unlike my other bands that would peel or easily tear. I loved them so much that I bought a second set to loan to others so they can see what I’m raving about. Yep, sharing the love! The anchor strap is a must, the mini-bands are excellent, no more rolling and pinching. They even put the personal trainer in the gym bag with the new well-structured CF Strength Program. I like the digital format, videos, and exercise selection that will challenge you, taking you to the next level. A Program as Easy as 1,2,3!

Overall - when I start any fitness program, I like to have a plan. What are my goals? What is the time frame I want to achieve them? Do I want to tone or increase muscle mass? Well this program is set up to answer all those questions! The program was so easy to follow and everything was laid out for me. This made it effortless for me to complete. From the guide to the videos and calendar, there was no question on how to progress or what am I going to do today? I highly recommend this program to anyone, whether you have done a strength program in the past, just beginning your fitness journey, looking for new ways to workout or just wanting to try it. This program has it all!! Guide - the guide is so easy to follow and it broke down every movement with pictures. There was no question if I was doing it the right or wrong way. I could easily reference it to make self corrections. I also liked the consistency and length of the guide - not too long and concise. Videos - these were my favorite! After reading the guide, I watched the videos for further demonstration. The videos were very helpful in providing modifications if needed. I could go back and watch the portion of the video I needed to reference. The best part, I could view them right at the gym on my phone! Calendar - I am person who likes to check things off after I accomplished it. Whether it be a "to do" list from the day or an item from my longer list of goals. The calendar was just the tool to do this. It also kept me on track and took the guess work out of planning my next workout. I brought it to the gym with me or hung it up on the wall when I worked out from home and checked each set off as I completed it...so satisfying! not to mention motivating too! Tracking - I have to say I haven't been tracking as closely as I hoped to but I have not completed the program yet. More to come!
