Awesome!! From beginner to advanced!!

I found clench fitness by accident, while searching the internet for quality equipment and exercise routines.. I purchased there CF strength program along with there amazing clench handles. I actually have a fully equipped home gym, but because of injuries and aging, I prefer using bands as my main training tools. Someone stated that the CF Strength program was a beginners program. Lol. I have been training since I was 13 yrs old. This program can be as hard or difficult as one makes it...I am 60 now. This program is put together very well by the Clench trainers, top notch for everyone to use.. To easy or a beginners program you say, then use a heavy band or stack multiple bands together and tell me it’s easy... This program is everything you need for a gym like experience to get in shape, build muscle, lose fat and believe it or not, cardio fitness right in your own home!! I don’t do cardio, just band training and my resting heart rate is between 45-49 bpm. That didn’t happen until I put the heavy weights away and started band training. Don’t believe anyone that tells you this is for beginners!! Good job Clench, will be purchasing from you for years to come

Still loving them!

I keep adding pieces to my band set up but it’s coming together nicely!! Anchors are holding up really well, super durable, and I can’t imagine trying to use the bands without handles anymore, awesome!

Great 12 week program for strength training!

I am 52 years old. I was a big power lifter in HS and college (played football and threw shot put and discus). I really felt my self loosing muscle and definition. Not having a lot of room for a set of free weights or the money to join a gym, I started using the CF Strength program. I really felt the gains as I progressed and challenged myself into the 6th week of 12. Keeping track of my workouts was key using the workout tracker. I had to take a break in Jan. after I got sick. I am back at it, into my 4th week of training (I started the 12 week program over). My progress is great! I found I needed to add more, heavier bands to my collection to continue challenging myself. The only con about the program: I noticed in the Shoulders and Triceps workout, you only perform 2 sets of the Rear Delt Fly, instead of 3 sets (I just pause the video and get in my 3rd set). Not a deal breaker, by far, for the workout. I hope you make some new paid videos, I am looking forward to a change after 12 weeks.

Great program!- A nice change from traditional weights, I find bands force me to truly concentrate so mind-muscle connection is huge.

These bands are the strongest I’ve come across! Easy to follow exercises. I highly recommend the bands and the program!
