I keep adding pieces to my band set up but it’s coming together nicely!! Anchors are holding up really well, super durable, and I can’t imagine trying to use the bands without handles anymore, awesome!
I am 52 years old. I was a big power lifter in HS and college (played football and threw shot put and discus). I really felt my self loosing muscle and definition. Not having a lot of room for a set of free weights or the money to join a gym, I started using the CF Strength program. I really felt the gains as I progressed and challenged myself into the 6th week of 12. Keeping track of my workouts was key using the workout tracker. I had to take a break in Jan. after I got sick. I am back at it, into my 4th week of training (I started the 12 week program over). My progress is great! I found I needed to add more, heavier bands to my collection to continue challenging myself. The only con about the program: I noticed in the Shoulders and Triceps workout, you only perform 2 sets of the Rear Delt Fly, instead of 3 sets (I just pause the video and get in my 3rd set). Not a deal breaker, by far, for the workout. I hope you make some new paid videos, I am looking forward to a change after 12 weeks.
