Got my clench fitness for my birthday, and have been training with it Daily!
After two other sets of bands broke in the course of 6 months, I saw Clench and thought I'd give them a try. Superior quality, without videos, and love their customer service.
I have been lifting weights for most of my life, but recently started using bands. This program is a great series of workouts that will both introduce you to using bands to replace “traditional” weighted exercises as well as challenge those who have experience like me. It is also a great way to learn the many ways to use the handles and the synch strap. I like how you are given both videos and a printed guide. You can either follow along with the videos which are a complete workout, not just an instructional technique snippet or review them a couple of times to understand the exercise techniques, then use the printed guide as a reminder until you become more familiar. The tracking log and calendar are nice for tracking your workouts too (the best way to progress). I understand a mobile app is coming too which will be a great addition to this program as most workout tracking apps don’t work well with bands. I highly recommend this program to go along with your Clinch equipment or any bands.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it yet because I got sick, but I am looking forward to start the program. It looks really cool
