Resistance Band Training
Resistance band training are a great addition to any type of strength training or rehabilitation program. The best part, you can take your band gym anywhere you want to get a quality workout in while you're traveling, when you can't make it to the gym or even at home.

We don't like cheap resistance bands. They tear, warp, stretch and you'll find yourself replacing them all the time. We had 2 options when we designed our resistance bands, go cheap so we could sell them for cheap or give our customers one of the best resistance bands on the market.
We don't go cheap. We built our bands with latex welds and the strongest materials possible so it can withstand the toughest of workouts. Yeah, we have to charge a little extra but we don't want our customers having to buy new bands every week. Considering where the market prices their "cheap resistance bands," ours is favorably priced.
Resistance Band Workouts
A lot of the feedback we receive is focused around properly using our resistance bands. Due to this, we made it a priority focus to make resistance band training videos to show you all the different ways you can use our band handle and resistance bands.
We have many resistance band workouts that you can watch and learn. We have these on the website, we post them on Facebook and Instagram too. That way, if you're new to resistance band training, these videos will get you caught up fairly quick.
