Progressive Training Phases

Weeks 1-2: This is the Foundation Phase which will focus on form and technique. We'll utilize lighter weight with moderate-high rep sets.

Weeks 3-4: This is the Strength Phase which will focus on increasing our resistance levels and lowering reps to really build muscle and strength. You've already built the foundation, you know the movements, now it's time to push!

Weeks 5-6: This is the Endurance Phase which will focus on timed exercises rather than rep counts. It will also focus on stacking multiple exercises together. This combination will help improve conditioning by burning fat and increasing endurance.
