I tried the ankle straps that I had gotten years ago to do the hamstring and quadricep exercises. It was very difficult. The straps cut into my ankles. I didn't feel like I got equal resistance on the bands to exercise the legs. When I got the Clench Ankle Straps, I was thrilled. When I tried them, it was a totally different experience! The ankle straps were secure, the bands held well in the oversized caribiners that come with the straps. The resistance on the bands was even and I got a great workout on the legs. I will definitely buy again. High quality products.

I wanted to wait until I used these a bit before submitting a review, but now I can say that these ankle straps have been a great addition to my workouts. Using them has allowed me to focus more on form instead of having to work on keeping the strap positioned properly, especially for hamstring curls. I love the band that goes under the heel. It really helps keep the strap from sliding up the leg. That’s one of the main reasons I chose this strap over others. I have also used these straps for some arm exercises, and they work really well, making the exercises more comfortable. Finally, thank you for including carabiners. They are really sturdy and make switching between bands/limbs during a workout easy. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these, they will be a great addition.
