They are awesome
I love my Clench bands. I am able to get a great workout wherever I am. I feel like the bands are easier on my joints than free weights and just generally feel better after a band workout. The handles make it easier to be creative with your workouts as well.
What makes Clench bands worth it?
We use premium 100% medical grade latex. Many band manufacturers use filler materials to cut down on costs, which ultimately causes the bands to stretch out and break down over time. We don't cut corners, which is why our bands cost upwards of 20% more to manufacture, but they last up to 3 times longer than typical resistance bands.
Clench bands are manufactured using many thin layers of latex that are bonded together. Layers are crucial to long lasting performance because small cuts and tears cannot propagate from layer to layer. Most inexpensive bands on the market are molded using a single layer of material, which can prematurely fail and snap.
Seams are the weakest point of any band. They can peel or fray and cause premature failure. Clench bands only have 1 seam and we have taken extra measures to protect it with a latex weld to prevent peeling. Most competitive bands tend to have more than one seam and do not use a latex weld to prevent peeling.

Quality is second to none!
So far these bands are the best I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought several different sets of bands over the years and all of them have snapped after just months of use (full disclosure — I’m hard on my bands because I use them to replace heavy machine-based exercises usually performed in a gym). So far, while I’ve only been using them for a few weeks, these clench bands seem like they might be the last bands I ever need to buy. They aren’t showing any signs of wear and tear despite my heavy use, and their unique construction suggests they won’t succumb to the usual minor nicks and scrapes that ultimately lead to the destruction of cheaper bands. Well worth the money!
