Engineered for How Your Body Actually Moves.
A free, structured resistance band program designed by a mechanical engineer and exercise physiologist. 4 workouts a week. Under 30 minutes each. Whether you’ve been lifting for decades or picking up bands for the first time — this program meets you where you are.
You know what a good workout feels like. You’ve done the reps. You’ve put in the years. But lately, something’s different.
Your shoulders ache after pressing. Your knees protest on squats. That lower back tightness that used to go away in a day now lingers for a week.
So you start modifying. Skipping exercises. Going lighter when you don’t want to.
You’re not out of shape — well, maybe a little — but that’s not the real issue. You’re not done. But the way you’ve been training isn’t sustainable anymore — and you know it.
The worst part? You still want to train hard. You’re not looking for light stretching or rehab exercises. You want real resistance, real progressive overload, real results. You just need equipment that works with your body instead of against it.
That’s exactly what this program was built for.
“I’m a 59 y/o male and retired military who realized my mental image of myself was about a decade behind reality. Strength training and maintaining strength are more important the older I became. These bands changed everything.”— Mike B., 59, Verified Buyer · ★★★★★
Free weights are a blunt instrument. They load your joints the same way at every point in the range of motion — heaviest where you’re weakest, lightest where you’re strongest. That’s fine when you’re 25.
Resistance bands match your body’s natural strength curve. More resistance where you’re strongest, less where you’re most vulnerable. Same muscle stimulus. Dramatically less joint stress.
But here’s what most people don’t realize — not all bands are created equal. The cheap ones snap, slip, and feel like a toy. That’s not training. That’s frustration.
This program was built by a competitive bodybuilder who also happens to hold a degree in mechanical engineering. Every exercise is designed to be biomechanically correct — not just thrown together.
Give us 42 days. We’ll prove that properly engineered band training delivers the stimulus your body craves — without the joint cost.
“I am a 52 year old former powerlifter. Since I have started using Clench products, I am more defined and have better overall muscle development than any other point in my life.”
“I purchased these items after yet another shoulder injury. At 65 and no longer able to work out with weights, I found these bands and they changed my training completely. The quality is outstanding.”
“I actually have a fully equipped home gym, but because of injuries and aging, I prefer using bands as my main training tools. The CF Strength Program is structured, progressive, and challenging.”
Every week builds on the last. You’re never guessing. You’re never starting over. You’re always moving forward.
Learn the moves. Build the base.
Lighter resistance, 2-1-2 tempo, video for every exercise. Master the movement patterns — and finish week two already feeling stronger than week one.
Add resistance. Build real muscle.
Heavier bands, 3-1-1 tempo, fewer reps, more intensity. This is where your body starts to visibly change — and where the skeptics become believers.
Test what you’ve built.
Timed sets, giant sets, finishers. Six weeks of progressive training, condensed into a phase that pushes your limits and proves what engineered band training can do.
Each week is planned out for you. No figuring out what to train. Just show up, follow the plan, and get it done in 20–35 minutes.

Brandon Falkenberg
Mechanical Engineer · CPT · Bodybuilder
Brandon doesn’t just design equipment — he uses it every day and competes on stage. Every Clench product is engineered to be biomechanically correct, because Brandon understands both how to build it and how the body moves under load. He trains with a mix of free weights, machines, and bands — using whatever tool delivers the best stimulus for the movement.
Melinda Noah
Exercise Physiologist · Hyrox (1:23:17)
Melinda brings the science of human performance to everything Clench builds. She doesn’t just understand exercise theory — she puts it to the test in some of the most demanding endurance events in the world, including Hyrox where she posted a 1:23:17 finish. Every exercise in this program was designed to be effective, safe, and biomechanically correct.

I’ve been lifting weights for years. Will bands actually challenge me?
This is the #1 question from experienced lifters — and the answer is yes. Bands provide variable resistance that matches your natural strength curve. Our 52-year-old former powerlifter customers report better muscle development with bands than at any other point in their training career. The key is proper equipment and programming, which is exactly what this program provides.
How is this different from random YouTube workouts?
YouTube gives you individual workouts. This gives you a 42-day progressive system — 3 phases that build on each other with structured progression in tempo, volume, and intensity. It’s the difference between random exercise and real training.
I have bad shoulders / knees / back. Can I still do this?
This is actually where bands shine. Unlike free weights, bands provide less resistance at the bottom of the movement (where joints are most vulnerable) and more at the top (where you’re strongest). That said, always consult your doctor before starting any new training program if you have a specific injury or condition.
What if I’m completely out of shape?
The Foundation phase (Weeks 1-2) starts with lighter resistance, moderate reps, and video guidance for every exercise. By the time you reach the Strength phase, you’ll already feel the difference.
How long until I see results?
Most people notice improved energy and movement quality within the first week. Visible strength and muscle changes typically show up in Weeks 3-4 as you enter the Strength phase with heavier bands and slower tempo.
Do I need to buy Clench equipment to do this?
No. The program works with any resistance bands you already own. That said, Clench equipment is engineered for better biomechanics, durability, and exercise variety — so if you want to level up your experience, we’re here for that too.
Do I need a gym?
No. The entire program uses resistance bands and accessories. Train at home, outdoors, or while traveling — minimal space required.
How do I access the program?
Enter your name and email above and you’ll get instant access. We’ll email you a link with everything — downloadable trackers, workout guides, and video demos.
What if I miss a week?
Just pick up where you left off — you have lifetime access. You can repeat the full program by increasing band resistance each time through.
