Quality band

I had one of the typical Amazon resistance bands that are sold by various companies for cheap prices for pull up assistance. When I used those bands there was barely any assistance. The Clench band was immediately different as I actually felt assistance instead of the band being stretched into oblivion instead. High quality product here.

Solid Mini-Resistance Bands

The 3 different levels are excellent and allow you build up your resistance. Extremely well made and do not feel cheap. Pair one on your lower thighs with a 41" resistance band while doing squats and feel the extra workout!. Highly recommended.
