I am very happy with the Clench Fitness Footplate. I researched a lot of them before I finally bought this one. I use it for rows, shrugs, curls and squats and dead lifts. It is way easier than standing on the bands and I feel like it helps me really focus on the exercise. The plate itself is super sturdy and really makes working out more enjoyable. The rounded edges and channels are really nice, and the clearance is plenty for me - I haven't had any kind of issue with it.
