Good bands

They take a bit of practice to get used to how to wrap around the handles, but once you get the hang of it they are great! Very versatile. I plan on ordering some heavier bands to expand what I can use these for!

Quality bands and excellent videos

The handles make resistance band exercises easier on the hands. The workout videos accompanying the CF Strength program are well done, almost like having personal trainers in the same room. Good job!

Enjoy using these bands. The handles I’m still getting use to. Previously I was using bands without handles. Clench handles do make it easier to workout.
