I just got this thing today. I couldn't believe how heavy the box was, but when I opened it up I saw why. This thing is exactly what I've been searching for and I searched high and low on Amazon. There is nothing else I found that even vaguely compares to this. I will say it's a bit pricey, but if you told me you'd give me back my money right now if I gave my new footplate back, I would say, "Nope, I'm keeping my new footplate." Highly recommend this to take your resistance band workouts to a much higher and more effective level.

I love this footplate, can do so much with it. Even push ups if you grab by the handles while doing kick backs or abductors with bands. I love working out at home now. This is a complete gym. BTW...I love doing deadlifts more with thier shorter bands and handles ,more time under tension than with a bar or free weights. I highly recommend
