I definitely like this shaker cup and prefer it over other shaker cups that we've purchased in the past. I actually prefer the mesh strainer over the agitator ball variants out there because it does a good job of mixing the powders with the liquids and prevents clumps from getting through to you. It's also less noisy since you don't have the metal ball clanging around. Also, the lid is easier to open and close according to my wife. There isn't any problematic leakage when you invert the cup and it seems durable while being BPA free. All in all, I highly recommend this shaker cup for anyone who likes to make protein shakes on a regular basis.

I’ve only used it once for a protein shake but it fits easily in my hand, especially if your grip strength took a hit during a workout. Also I’m excited to use the stainer for fruit or cucumber infused water so the chunks don’t clog the hole! Glad I bought two!

Simple design that works. I actually prefer the grate as opposed to the agitator ball. Transparent plastic makes it easier to see whether your bottle has been properly cleaned.

Normally, my cups are much smaller so I have to refill them at least twice during my workouts! Now, with my new Clench cup, my energy drink lasts for the duration of my workouts.
