There are four channels on the bottom of the footplate. Each channel is 4 Inches wide x 1/2 Inch deep for plenty of room to put your bands. You can fit any band Clench Fitness sells into these channels.
Four Outer Slots / Grab Handles
The outer slots give you even more exercise options. Loop your bands through the slots on all four sides of the board. You can do unilateral exercise, bilateral exercises and more. They also work great for taking up extra slack in your bands!
Extremely Strong and Sturdy
This footplate is made from a solid sheet of 1.5 inch thick UHMWPE Polymer capable of handling loads up to 1000 lbs. (Note: Made from 100% Virgin UHMWPE material)

United StatesHeavy-duty foot plate that is gentle on bands
This thing is a beast! Heavy enough to stay put, more than strong enough for its purpose, and the tracks underneath and their edge radii are perfect for band resistance. That nice big radius, combined with the ultra-slippery uhmwpe material, is very kind to the bands. It's also nice to have the four handles/holes to move the board as well as to anchor individual straps to. My only wish is that it fit underneath my WBV vibration plate better, but that's got nothing to do with Clench, the materials or the design of the plate.

I've been eyeing the regular footplate for a while, but when this popped up I went for it. The only blemishes I can see are some slight discolorations on the top. Otherwise, super functional. Already made deadlifts easier on my feet and harder to do. Who needs weights?
